National Bacon Day is coming up on August 20th! So we thought what a great time to talk about our bacon.
At Fielding’s we believe that if we can make it in house, we should! That’s why we cure our own bacon. We use a proprietary blend of spices to get the flavor tasting just how we want it. Then we smoke over pecan and oak woods. If you ever visit our other location Fielding’s Wood Grill you can see our bacon hanging in the bacon chamber.
