Balcones Texas Pot Still bourbon infused with truffles. Created from Roasted Blue Corn, Texas wheat, Texas rye, and malted barley. Balcones Texas Pot Still Bourbon is the perfect introduction into the Balcones franchise. Aged at least two years and bottled at 92 proof.

Blanton’s A deep, satisfying nose of nutmeg and spices. Powerful dry vanilla notes in harmony with hints of honey amid strong caramel and corn. A medium finish composed of returning corn and nutmeg flavors.

High West, A Midwinter Night’s Dram. This limited-release version of High West Rendezvous Whiskey is a sumptuous marriage of rye whiskeys finished in port wine barrels. A top-secret ratio of whiskeys, it never is chill-filtered, and the blend is aged in charred American white oak barrels prior to finishing in tawny and ruby port wine barrels. This process gives this blended whiskey uncompromising aroma and flavor, with the rye forming a beautiful base of vanilla, caramel, and cinnamon, while the port barrels provide notes of plum, dried fruit, and spice.

Whistle Pig, The Boss Hogg IX Siren's Song. An American straight rye whiskey finished in Greek Fig Nectar and Scratch Tentura (Greek liqueur) barrels. Opening a bottle is like opening a bottle that contains all things Christmas: Orange blossom hits the nose immediately, followed by floral notes, dried cranberries, and a slightly sweet hint of brown sugar. On the palate, the spices of Christmas dance.

2019 Old Forester Birthday Bourbon. Presented at 105 proof, the highest proof to-date for this special expression. After showing exceptionally unique character during a tasting panel, the 11-year-old barrels were chosen specifically for Birthday Bourbon. With a taste consisting of rich oak spice and blackcurrant coupled with light maple, caramel cake, and white floral notes, the 2019 Birthday Bourbon is a one-of-a-kind expression with a truly unique multidimensional profile.

Old Forester 150th Anniversary Batch Proof Honoring George Garvin Brown's original process, composed of three 150 barrel batches, unfiltered and presented at individual batch strength. Sweet notes of grape jelly, cherry pie, orange peel, and brown sugar balance on the nose against mature whiskey aromas of earth, leather, and antique closet. A powerful palate is driven by rich dark-chocolate fudge, blackberry tart, almond, tangerine slices, raisin bread, and spiced oak. A lengthy finish offers leather and spice, cinnamon, chocolate-covered blueberries, strawberries, cocoa, and oak.
