Join us for a magnificent dinner with world class wines. We are featuring the iconic Quintessa Cabernet Sauvignon from Rutherford, Napa Valley and a representative from the winery will be joining us! The wine will also be available for retail. Chef Edel has crafted a 5-course dinner to go along with the wines we will be enjoying.

COURSE I
2019 Illumination, Sauvignon Blanc - The 2019 Illumination is expressive and alive with complex aromas, bright flavors, and beautiful texture. On the nose, notes of grapefruit, kumquat, and guava are layered with floral notes of peach blossom, fresh herbs and hay, creating an immediate sensation of freshness. On the palate, the wine continues with flavors of stone fruit, lemon zest, and a distinctive creamy yet mineral texture. This wine is precise and bright, with a fresh and flavorful finish.
Paired with Spring Pea Vichyssoise Lobster, safran, grapefruit
COURSE II
2019 Flowers, Chardonnay - A lovely nose of lemon curd, baked green apple and a bit of pine. Medium-bodied with a delightful, smooth texture. Very elegant and refined. Well balanced and linear with a savory finish. Charming. Drink now or hold.
Paired with Scallop Black truffle vinaigrette, cucumber mashed potato
COURSE III
2018 Benton Lane, Pinot Noir - Deep and rich while maintaining freshness, the 2018 Benton-Lane Estate Pinot Noir is complex without being heavy. Vibrant notes of tart cranberry awaken the palate balanced by warm winter spices, currants and dark cherries. This true expression of Oregon pinot noir sparks memories of cool fall days, warmed by a wood fire.
Paired with Foie Gras Soft boiled egg, meurette sauce, pearl onions, brioche

2018 Quintessa, Cabernet Sauvignon - The 2018 Quintessa is a wine of perfect harmony, with deep flavors and elegant layers that are apparent even from a young age. Intense aromas of cassis, black cherry, and raspberry intermingle with savory notes of sage and thyme; the 2018 Quintessa continues to unfold as notes of dark chocolate, graphite and fresh tobacco mingle with the fresh fruit.Precise and dense, the wine shows supple tannin that play with flavors of black cherry, dark chocolate, and crushed rocks. The 2018 Quintessa has a perfect balance of fresh acidity followed by bright fruit and minerality at the finish that portends unparalleled aging potential.

Course V
2021 Flowers, Rosé - Elegant and distinct ,with aromas of peach, strawberry and subtle hints of rose petal. Bursts of fresh citrus colorfully drive the palate and are balanced with flavors of nectarine and stone fruit. A silky entrance coupled with fresh and uplifting acidity leaves you with our signature coastal expressiveness.
