Barcelona G&T
Gin Mare, Green Chartreuse, Elderflower tonic, Thyme, Rosemary, orange & lemon peel, juniper berry, Orchid ice sphere | 18

Gin Mare is Mediterranean' styled gin featuring botanicals including rosemary, thyme, olive and basil, alongside traditional botanicals made in a fishing village near Barcelona.  This gin is unusual because it is made with the Arbequina olive, which is the only olive protected with denomination of organ certification

Sangria Espanola  
Alberino Spanish wine, Sin Pasado organic agricultural rum, Mathilde peach liquor, strawberry puree, pressed lemon, house guava syrup, sprite | 16

This sangria, although made with white wine is strawberry colored and is made with Sin Pasado rum, which is directly from the distillation of sugarcane juice using natural inputs and wild yeasts. It is handmade rum considered of higher quality.

WINE

Albariño

This is a white wine made from the Albariño grape, originating, northern Spain, along the coast, in an area also known as green Spain. The wine is a light-bodied white that grows mostly in Spain, but also Portugal. It's loved for its high acidity, refreshing citrus flavors, dry taste, and subtle saltiness. And is a tremorsly matched wine for food!

 

Tempranillo

Tempranillo is the fourth-most planted variety in the world and is considered one of the “nine red noble grapes, and the dominate grape ir Rioja, Spain.  ”Aged Tempranillo wines are delicious and easy to identify with Spanish wine aging terms. We are serving  Gran Reserva showing deeper, darker fruit notes, and Tempranillo’s signature leather flavors. Dominant flavors include cherry, dried fig, cedar, tobacco, and dill. Age impacts the flavors of Tempranillo significantly, and ours is aged 13 years imparting juicy fruit flavors and heat.

Paella is a rice dish originally from Valencia, Spain. It is one of the best-known dishes in Spanish cuisine. There are many variations of the dish.  Bomba rice, is short-grained rice. Morcilla, a traditional pork sausage from Spain. Sofrito is a preparation of tomatoes, onions, peppers, garlic, and herbs.  Saffron, one of the most precious spices in the world, is the stamin from flower of the Crocus plant. Its wonderful unique flavor is commonly associated with Paella.

AFTER DINNER

Flan very much along the lines of Crème caramel, a French dessert.  Made with carmel, eggs, and condensed milk. This is a unique, smooth, creamy dessert
