1. SELECT SPIRIT

  • Fieldings Private Barrel “Cristalino” Tequila MEXICO
    In partnership with Maestro Dobel. Aged in French oak & filtered to produce diamond clarity. A blend of tequila varietals.

  • Bulleit Rye Whiskey KENTUCKY
    An award-winning, straight rye whiskey with a character of unparalleled spice and complexity. Mash bill of 95% rye and 5% malted barley.

  • Mount Gay Black Barrel Rum BARBADOS
    From female master blender Trudiann Branker. Distilled in traditional copper tools & matured in American whiskey casks, then finished in deeply charred bourbon casks.

  • Ojo De Tigre Mezcal MEXICO
    Maguey Espadin from Oaxaca and maguey Tobala from Puebla. Agaves smoked in underground pit oven, milled with a tahona, & double distilled in a copper alembique still.

  • St. George Green Chile Vodka CALIFORNIA
    Distilled from fresh jalape s, serranos, habaneros, red & yellow bell peppers, lime peel and fresh cilantro. Reminiscent of fresh pico de gallo.

  • Stolichnaya Vodka LATVIA
    Produced from winter wheat and glacial water, double distilled using quartz & activated charcoal filtration. Herbal and licorice flavors linger, with light smoke and fruit.

  • Suntory Haku Vodka JAPAN
    White rice is fermented, distilled twice, then filtered through bamboo charcoal, creating soft, mellow character. Floral nose & rich taste transforms into complex rice flavor. 

  • Hanson Mandarin Vodka CALIFORNIA
    Organic. bright, bold, and beautiful. Citrus on the nose, passionfruit on the palate, and a nice lemon essence on the finish.

  • Hanson Meyer Lemon Vodka CALIFORNIA
    Hand-peeled lemons given a long maceration in their base organic vodka. Bright and sweet with a zing. Spicy bergamot on the nose, herbs on the palate.

  • Hanson Organic Habanero CALIFORNIA
    Seven varieties of organic peppers soaked in their base vodka. Sweet & savory, the peppers come through strong on the nose and palate but are balanced by a hint of lemongrass on the finish.
