Join us for something a little different! We are teaming up with Jean-Charles Boisset (JCB) and their master bartender, Anthony Attanasio, to bring you a very unique dinner. Chef Edelberto Gonçalves is preparing wonderful food to pair with these spectacular cocktails so stay tuned for the full menu.

ABOUT OUR JCB MASTER BARTENDER

Anthony Attanasio joined Boisset Collection on January 05, 2023 as the Director of Spirits, DTG reporting to Patrick Egan.

Anthony will be overseeing the spirits and bar programs at the Calistoga Depot & Le Club, where he will be looking to continue expanding Boisset’s vision into the world of Spirit. He is a very hands-on individual who can take a vision and turn it into a reality. He is motivated by finding the unknown and crafting the undone. He comes to the World of Boisset after having previously held roles within Bottega, Morimoto, and the Mina Group. He has helped open various locations as well as manage them, allowing him to have rich and diverse leadership experience.

His journey started after he earned a Bachelor’s degree from the Culinary Institute of America in New York. After graduating, he was one of four people granted the opportunity to become an MIT (Manager in Training), giving him a taste of running a restaurant and teaching people who were looking to earn their bachelors. Outside of work, he loves cooking as comes naturally. He also champions mental & physical health and is a big sports fan, in particular, loving soccer.
