THE MENU
Reception: 2021 Hundred Acre, Summer Dreams ‘Walking on Venice Beach’ Sauvignon Blanc
Distinctive and luxurious, the aromas of this gorgeous bottling are a plush layering of white peach, golden berry, Meyer lemon, pineapple and toasted meringue scents poised above a mineral undercurrent. It is notably deep in flavor and tongue-coating on the palate, where nectarine, lemon zest and honeysuckle flavors rise above a rich undercurrent of hazelnut nougat. The finish is very long and as zesty as it is rich. It deserves service with richly sauced entrees, and it is certain to grow even more seductive over the next eighteen months.
Paired with Amuse Bouche
1st Course: 2021 Hundred Acre, Summer Dreams ‘Stargazing’ Pinot Noir
A wine that captures the essence of summer nights and the beauty of the Sonoma Coast. Crafted by Hundred Acre’s Jayson Woodbridge with passion and precision, this enchanting vintage will transport you to a world where dreams and stars align. With its enticing bouquet of ripe red cherries, wild berries, and delicate floral notes, 'Stargazing' creates an irresistible allure that awakens your senses. Let the scents of the vineyard and the surrounding coastal breezes transport you to a serene night under a blanket of stars.
Paired with Lobster Bisque Bacon, leek fondue
2nd Course: 2019 Hundred Acre, Fortunate Son ‘Diplomat’ Red Blend
Some of the fruit for Fortunate Son even hails from Jayson Woodbridge’s own Hundred Acre vineyards, joined by fruit from select family vineyards he’s negotiated to farm. The Diplomat is mostly Cabernet Sauvignon, familiar territory for Woodbridge, supported by Merlot and Petite Sirah. Bright notes of Morello cherries and black raspberries soar above a profound core of cassis with licorice and tobacco. The palate is plush with layers of powerful black fruit and a long, earthy finish.
Paired with Escargot Tart Onion marmalade, trumpet mushroom, Roquefort & parsley
3rd Course: 2019 Hundred Acre, Fortunate Son ‘Warrior’ Cabernet
Pure, total power and darkness. Sourced from a single, small, family-owned vineyard and aged for 24-30 months in the finest French oak barrique. The stave wood is hand-selected for ultra-tight grain, then air dried for three years before being made into barrels. Vineyard Notes by Woodbridge — Sourced from a single, small, family vineyard and farmed with great care and attention. Made by sorting the fruit berry-by-berry, fermenting in small, French oak fermenters, and long aging in the finest barriques
Paired with Rohan Duck Breast Pastrami spices, braised red cabbage, apple compote, cassis agrodolce
4th Course: SIDE BY SIDE PAIRING
2017 Hundred Acre Kayli Morgan Cabernet
Featuring a deep garnet-black color, the 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Kayli Morgan Vineyard has a profound nose of fruitcake, crème de cassis, baked plums and forest floor, with touches of hoisin, charcuterie and clove oil. The full-on, full-bodied palate is rich and seductive, offering a sturdy frame of chewy tannins and a lively backbone, finishing very spicy and long.
AND 2017 Hundred Acre Ark Cabernet
Deep garnet-black colored, the 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Ark Vineyard unfurls sensuously from the glass with provocative scents of baked black cherries, plum preserves and crème de cassis, with emerging suggestions of fragrant earth, black truffles, Chinese five spice and dusty soil. Full-bodied, rich and oh-so-spicy on the palate, it has a rock-solid backbone of grainy tannins and lively acidity supporting the opulent fruit, finishing very long and exotic.
Paired with Tournedo Rossini Spinach gnocchis, foie gras, perigord black truffle, bordelaise sauce
Dessert: 2007 Hundred Acre Fortification Port
The 2007 Fortication (100% Cabernet Sauvignon) is unquestionably the most exotic and extravagant release in the lineup and one of those wines that needs to be tasted to be believed. The palate shows ripe red and black fruits, sweet tobacco, cigar, chocolate, and toasted spices, among other nuances. Incredibly complex, with full-bodied richness, a deep, layered mid-palate, and sweet tannins while staying light on its feet and balanced, with a sense of elegance.
Paired with Profiterole Jivara chocolate mousse, pear vanilla, pistachio nougatine

Hundred Acre wines are at the absolute highest level produced in Napa Valley, and in a perfect vintage, there simply aren’t enough superlatives to describe them. The winery defines the use of impeccable fruit sources, extreme vineyard management and a highly-skilled winemaker, but it’s Jayson Woodbridge’s relentless pursuit of perfection with absolutely no compromises, and no single detail overlooked that sets them apart from all others. - Wine Country
