Join us for another Fielding's Wine Dinner! We will be tasting wine from Alejandro Bulgheroni and made by an extensive winemaking team including Philippe Melka and Michelle Roland. Stay tuned for the wine offering and coursed meal to pair from Chef Edel.

Our sparkling reception starts at 6:30pm, with the dinner beginning at 7pm.

Vintner and entrepreneur, Alejandro Bulgheroni came to Napa Valley to create a classic Cabernet Sauvignon, a wine of uncompromising quality. The land he purchased at the base of Howell Mountain is ideal for cultivating Cabernet Sauvignon Wines. Today, the estate crafts wines with fruit from select growing areas within Napa Valley, carefully choosing from the valley’s many microclimates, soils and terrain to create wines of character and complex depth. Crafted with unsurpassed skill by celebrated winemaker Philippe Melka and blended together with master enologist Michel Rolland, their Cabernet sauvignon wines are as unique and delightful as the Napa Valley itself.
