Fielding's Local Rosé Menu

Winemakers create a rosé wine by juicing red grapes and then allowing the juice to soak with the skins for a very short period of time, from a few hours up to a few days. As soon as the juice begins to take on the beautiful pink color the winemaker desires, the skins are removed and the juice is allowed to ferment creating rosé. Rosé is made from all kinds of grapes, from all around the globe. Some are served fresh, while others are aged. Explore and enjoy the different expressions of grape, terroir, climate and wine makers.
