Burgundian style Pinot Noir Tasting at Fielding's local kitchen + bar

We have another fantastic wine dinner coming up on April 24 - a tasting of eight Pinot Noirs from Oregon to California, paired with Chef Edel's special menu and finished off with Remy Martin Louis XIII Cognac. Cost is $99 per person, plus tax and gratuity.

  • Paired with green lentil curry. Roasted beet eggroll. Pea shoots. Paneer.

Fourth

  • Nielson by Byron: Pinot Noir Santa Barbara
  • Sta. Rita Hills: Siduri
  • Paired with Dorper lamb loin. Porcini cream. Tarragon. Cassis shallots. Fava beans.

Fifth

  • Remy Martin Louis XIII Cognac
  • Paired with spiced hazelnut cake. Triple cream brie ganache. Poached apricot. Rosemary.
